About Untumble

Untumble is a party supplies and celebration décor brand offering products for birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, anniversaries, festivals, and other special occasions. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to work on product design, packaging, e-commerce creatives, and day-to-day design operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Design & Packaging

- Design creative and innovative party supplies, including decorative elements, party accessories, and occasion-based products.
- Create packaging designs, product mock-ups, and realistic renderings for packaging and product presentations.
- Develop visual concepts for new products and seasonal collections.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and ensure designs meet production and packaging specifications.

2. E-commerce & Marketplace Design

- Create high-quality product images, listing creatives, infographics, and banners for the Untumble website and marketplaces such as Amazon.
- Design website banners, homepage creatives, category banners, and promotional graphics.
- Enhance product images through photo editing, retouching, and creative compositions.
- Ensure consistent branding and visual quality across all digital platforms.

3. Product & Occasion-Based Creatives

- Develop creative concepts and visual presentations for party decoration products and décor kits.
- Create occasion-based themes for birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, anniversaries, Christmas, Diwali, Halloween, and other celebrations.
- Assist in designing packaging, inserts, catalogues, promotional materials, and other brand collateral.

4. Daily Order Printing & Coordination

- Handle daily printing of customer orders, labels, inserts, and other required print materials.




- Coordinate with the order processing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure accurate and timely printing.
- Check print quality, artwork accuracy, quantities, and specifications before dispatch.
- Ensure daily printing requirements are completed on time and resolve printing-related issues.

5. Brand Consistency & Creative Execution

- Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, colours, and visual style.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver creatives within deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; knowledge of CorelDRAW and Canva is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut is preferred.
- Experience in packaging design, product mock-ups, print-ready artwork, and print production processes.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools to improve efficiency in creative ideation, image generation, photo editing, background removal, mock-ups, and content creation.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to speed up design workflows while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
- Understanding of typography, layouts, colour combinations, image editing, and e-commerce product image requirements.
- Good organisational and coordination skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage creative projects alongside routine operational printing tasks.
- A robust portfolio showcasing relevant design, packaging, and digital creative work is preferred.
