Role Description The Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal. This role involves creating visually compelling designs for digital and print channels, including marketing collateral, social media creatives, presentations, and internal communication materials.

The Graphic

Designer will collaborate with marketing, operations, and client-facing teams to understand requirements, develop concepts, and produce brand-consistent designs. Day-to-day tasks include designing logos and brand assets, selecting and refining typography,



preparing graphics for web and mobile interfaces, and ensuring all deliverables align with client and company brand guidelines. The role also includes iterating on feedback, maintaining design libraries, and contributing creative ideas to enhance customer experience and brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to produce high-quality visual assets for digital and print media.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain consistent visual identities for the company and its clients.
- Proficiency in Typography, with an understanding of layout, readability, and visual hierarchy.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar software).
- Ability to interpret briefs, translate business requirements into creative concepts, and manage multiple design projects within deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling skills, and a portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
- Formal education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
