Role Description This full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role is based in the Greater Jodhpur Area.

The Graphic

Designer will create and refine visual concepts for digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media graphics, presentations, and promotional content.

Responsibilities include developing logos and brand assets, selecting and applying typography, preparing files for production, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to understand project requirements, iterating on design feedback, and delivering high-quality designs within deadlines.

Designer is expected to stay updated on design trends and best practices to continually enhance the visual impact of Norwell India’s work.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Graphic Design and general Graphics creation for digital and print media.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain cohesive brand identities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography and layout to produce clear, visually balanced designs.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent) is beneficial.
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant design work and creativity is required.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects are important.
- A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive and apply constructive feedback, are expected.
