Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, trend-aware Graphic Designer to work across Mittal Group’s diverse businesses, including real estate, FMCG, dairy brands, and farm experiences. The role involves creating engaging marketing creatives, paid ad designs, brand campaigns, and exploring AI-powered creative production.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creatives for social media, paid advertisements, packaging, print, and digital campaigns.
- Create visual content for multiple brands and business verticals.
- Stay updated with design trends, social media formats, and advertising best practices.
- Understand marketing objectives and create designs that support audience engagement and campaign performance.
- Explore AI-powered image generation, video creation, voiceovers, and storyboarding.
- Participate in photoshoots, creative planning, and campaign execution.
- Collaborate with marketing and digital marketing teams to deliver creatives on time.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.

AI & Creative Skills
- Basic familiarity with AI tools such as Higgsfield, Seedance, ElevenLabs, and AI image generators is preferred.
- Interest in AI filmmaking, visual storytelling, storyboarding,



and creative automation.
- Willingness to experiment with emerging creative technologies and AI tools.

Candidates do not need to be AI experts. Training and mentoring will be provided to the right candidate through practical projects and real campaign experience. Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Portfolio showcasing creative work across digital and print platforms.

Skills Required
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong design sense.
- Proactive attitude, curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience Experience in real estate, FMCG, packaging, photography, video editing, motion graphics, or performance marketing creatives will be an added advantage.

Salary & Perks

Salary: As per experience, skills, and industry standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
