Role Description The Graphic Designer will work full time on-site at the Faridabad campus, collaborating with academic and administrative teams to create visual assets for digital and print communication. Daily responsibilities include designing marketing collateral, social media creatives, banners, posters, brochures, and event materials that align with the institute’s brand identity. The role involves developing and refining logos and branding elements for programs and initiatives, selecting and applying appropriate typography, and ensuring design consistency across platforms.

The Graphic

Designer will gather requirements, translate concepts into compelling visuals,



prepare files for production, and coordinate with vendors or internal stakeholders as needed. The role also includes maintaining design libraries, updating existing materials, and contributing creative ideas to enhance student engagement and institutional visibility.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually engaging content for digital and print media.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for the institute and its programs.
- Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and layout for clear and appealing communication.
- Hands-on knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent software).
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and versatility across different design projects.
- Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with basic digital marketing concepts, social media design formats, and UI/UX fundamentals is an added advantage.
