Job Summary

BEAT Education is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop visually appealing designs for digital marketing, social media, branding, and promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative sense, attention to detail, and the ability to translate marketing requirements into engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative graphics for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Create promotional posters, banners, brochures, flyers, advertisements, and marketing materials for courses and institutional campaigns.
- Develop creative designs for recruitment advertisements, educational campaigns, events, and corporate promotions.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop engaging visual content aligned with marketing objectives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs, ensuring proper use of colours, fonts, logos, and layouts.
- Design presentations, infographics, certificates, and other educational and corporate materials as required.
- Edit and enhance images,



illustrations, and other visual assets for digital and print use.
- Coordinate with content creators, marketing executives, and management to understand design requirements and deliver projects on time.
- Stay updated on graphic design trends, creative tools, and social media design standards.
- Manage multiple design projects efficiently while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour combinations, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create creative and engaging social media designs.
- Good attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into effective visual designs.
- Solid communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant graphic design experience.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, or UI design will be an added advantage.
