Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Design &
- Execution

- Design social media creatives, digital advertisements, banners, brochures, hoardings, standees, and other marketing collaterals.

- Create premium-quality visuals for real estate projects, campaigns, launches, events, and promotional activities.

- Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling aligned with the brands positioning.

2.Branding &

- Brand Consistency

- Follow and maintain brand guidelines across all projects.

- Ensure consistent use of logos, typography, colour palettes, and visual identity.

- Support branding initiatives, rebranding exercises, and the development of brand collateral.

1. Campaigns &
- Marketing Support

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaign requirements and creative strategies.

- Develop creatives for digital marketing, lead-generation campaigns, festive promotions, and project launches.

- Work on multiple projects and manage creative requirements within agreed timelines.

4 Digital &

- Multimedia Creatives

- Create engaging digital creatives, presentations,



EDMs, and marketing materials.

- Basic motion graphics, video editing, and reel creation would be an added advantage.

- Adapt creatives across different digital and print formats.

1. Coordination &
- Delivery

- Work closely with the marketing team to understand briefs and translate them into effective designs.

- Incorporate feedback promptly and manage revisions efficiently.

- Maintain organised design files and ensure timely delivery of all assigned projects.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

- Working knowledge of Figma and other relevant creative tools.

- A robust portfolio demonstrating premium branding, digital campaigns, and marketing collateral.

- Excellent visual communication, typography, layout, and conceptualisation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining high-quality output.
