Manav Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for proactive and enthusiastic Graduate Trainee Engineers to join our engineering team in Bangalore. This role involves structured training, hands-on project exposure, and learning industry-standard tools and practices. The position is ideal for fresh engineering graduates who are available to join immediately and are eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist engineers in engineering, project execution, and operational tasks

- Learn and apply engineering tools, standards, and best practices

- Support design, analysis, testing, and documentation activities

- Participate in site visits, inspections, and project coordination

- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and presentations

- Adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines

- Continuously upgrade technical and professional skills

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in engineering (Electrical / Electronics / related discipline)

- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience/ Internship/ Industrial training

- Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference

Technical Skills &

- Tools:

- Basic knowledge of engineering software/tools such as:

- AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar (as per discipline)

- MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint

- Basic understanding of ERP / Project Management tools is a plus

- Familiarity with engineering drawings, standards, and documentation





Certifications (Preferred):

- Relevant technical certifications such as:

- AutoCAD / SolidWorks / CATIA

- PLC / SCADA (for Electrical/Electronic roles)

- Project Management fundamentals

- Safety certifications (NEBOSH / IOSH / basic safety training)

- Any recognized certification related to the engineering field is a plus
