Job Summary

BlueStar Rubber Private Limited is seeking motivated and technically skilled Graduate Engineer Trainees to support manufacturing operations involving rubber tyres and tubes for motor vehicles, motorcycles, scooters, three-wheelers, tractors, and aircraft. The trainee will gain practical experience in production processes, quality inspection, machine operations, and industrial safety while working under the guidance of experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in daily production activities and monitor manufacturing processes.
- Understand rubber compounding, mixing, extrusion, moulding, curing, and vulcanization processes, as applicable to the assigned production line.
- Monitor production output, machine performance, and process parameters.
- Assist in inspecting raw materials, in-process products, and finished tyres and tubes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify manufacturing defects and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Maintain production records, inspection reports, and process documentation.
- Support preventive maintenance activities and report equipment abnormalities.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), workplace safety requirements, and quality management systems.
- Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and stores teams to achieve production targets.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to reduce material wastage, defects, and downtime.
- Maintain housekeeping and workplace organization in accordance with 5S principles.
- Learn and comply with company policies, environmental guidelines, and industrial safety standards.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Polymer, Rubber Technology, Production, or related engineering disciplines, depending on company requirements.
- Experience:



Freshers are eligible.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering fundamentals, quality control, and industrial safety.
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and production documentation.
- Personal Skills: Positive communication, teamwork, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and willingness to learn.

Based on performance and business requirements, the trainee may be assigned to a suitable engineering department.

Note: The company is located in Gujarat, while this job posting is intended for candidates from Jaipur, Rajasthan. Selected candidates must be willing to relocate to Gujarat for the job.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
