Job Title: Government Tendering Specialist / Tender Executive

We are looking for an experienced Government Tendering Specialist based in Ahmedabad, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience handling Central Government and State Government tenders, ranging from small-value tenders to large-scale projects.

The candidate must have strong expertise in end-to-end tender management, application preparation, documentation, compliance, bid preparation, and submission.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and review relevant Central and State Government tenders.
- Manage end-to-end tender applications, from initial review to final submission.
- Prepare and verify tender documents, eligibility papers, declarations, and supporting documentation.
- Handle technical bids, financial bids, EMD, PBG, and compliance requirements.
- Manage tenders for small, medium, and large-scale projects.
- Work with government e-procurement portals and track deadlines, corrigendums, and updates.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of tender applications.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in government tendering.
- Strong knowledge of Central Government and Gujarat State Government tender processes.
- Hands-on experience with government e-procurement portals.




- Ability to independently manage tender paperwork and submissions with minimal supervision.
- Must be based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
