Role Overview This structured apprenticeship program is designed for ambitious fresh graduates and college pass-outs who want to build a solid foundational career in factory operations, process execution, inventory coordination, and manufacturing logistics. Selected candidates will receive hands-on exposure to operational processes, documentation, coordination, and manufacturing-related activities.

Key day-to-day responsibilities:

- Assist in daily operations scheduling, dispatch planning, and tracking production milestones on the shop floor.
- Assist with packaging, purchasing, inventory management, and quality-related processes.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality checklists, and company operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
- Track pending activities and support timely resolution of operational issues.
- Learn and contribute to process improvement initiatives under the guidance of assigned mentors.

Stipends & Benefits: · Total Monthly Financial Benefit: ₹12,000 to 14,000/- (Includes Apprenticeship Stipend + Government Apprenticeship Benefit* + Conveyance Allowance).
