Tendering

Specialist role is a full-time, in office position based in Jammu & Kashmir, India. The specialist will be responsible for identifying relevant government tenders, analyzing tender documents, and preparing compliant technical and commercial bids for security, surveillance, and networking products. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring tender portals, coordinating with internal teams for pricing and product specifications, managing documentation, and ensuring timely submission of bids. The role also involves maintaining relationships with government departments, following up on tender outcomes,



and preparing regular reports on tender status, win/loss analysis, and upcoming opportunities. The specialist will work closely with sales and operations teams to align tender strategies with business goals and ensure adherence to all regulatory and procedural requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Government Relations and Local Government understanding, with experience navigating public procurement processes.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for drafting bids and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret tender requirements, compare technical specifications, and conduct price and competitor analysis.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with the Public Sector environment, including relevant rules, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Relevant experience in government tendering, bid management, or public procurement, preferably in security, surveillance, or IT/networking domains.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and online tender portals; comfort with documentation and data management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, engineering, public administration, or a related field; additional certification in tendering or contracts management is an advantage.
