Role Summary In this role, the ideal candidate will lead the development of custom software solutions leveraging Google Cloud Development Services. They will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and ensure high-quality support for critical business applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Engage in knowledge sharing and mentoring of junior team members.




- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to team discussions.
- Develop and implement support processes to enhance service delivery.
- Monitor application performance and conduct performance tuning.
- Align AI capabilities with business objectives for tangible value realization.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in cloud technologies and AI.

Must-Have Qualifications

- Minimum 8 years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Development Services.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and services.
- Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.

Nice to Have

- Familiarity with incident management methodologies.
- Experience in AI evaluation frameworks.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering.
- Certifications in Google Cloud technologies.
