Job Overview

Hitosetsu is looking for an experienced and results-driven Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proven campaign management experience, and a secure employment history.

Key Responsibilities -

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and reduce cost per acquisition.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and audience segmentation.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.




- Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve ad creatives and landing page performance.

Requirements - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- At least 1.5 years of continuous employment with the same company.
- Strong knowledge of campaign setup, targeting, bidding, and audience segmentation.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and advertising reporting tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO/SEM and digital marketing trends.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to demonstrate campaign performance and results.
