Go-Karting Track Marshal
We are looking for alert, responsible, and energetic Go-Karting Track Marshals to support daily track operations and maintain a safe environment for customers. The candidate will monitor track activities, guide participants, enforce safety rules, and coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor go-karting track activities and ensure compliance with safety rules.
- Brief customers on track rules, safety instructions, and operating procedures.
- Assist participants with helmets and other required safety equipment.
- Monitor kart movement and identify unsafe driving or track conditions.
- Use flags, signals, and communication equipment as per operating procedures.
- Respond promptly to incidents and report hazards to the Track Manager.
- Coordinate customer entry, exit, queues,
and track sessions.
- Communicate with the mechanic and operations team regarding kart issues.
- Assist with track inspections and maintain a clean, organised track area.
- Follow emergency response procedures and support incident management.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in go-karting, motorsports, amusement parks, or similar operations.
- Good understanding of track safety and customer management.
- Strong observation, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to remain alert and calm in a quick-paced environment.
- Responsible attitude and willingness to follow safety procedures.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
