- Develop accurate structural BIM models using Revit Structure.

- Prepare rebar detailing and reinforcement drawings based on structural design.

- Create and modify structural elements such as foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, stairs, and other RCC components.

- Produce GA drawings, rebar drawings, sections, schedules, and construction documentation.

- Coordinate with structural engineers and other disciplines to resolve structural and rebar clashes.

- Ensure models and drawings comply with project standards and rebar detailing requirements.

- Update models and rebar drawings based on design revisions.

Requirements

- 2–6 years of experience in Structural BIM Modelling and Rebar Detailing.
- Mandatory: Proficiency in Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and Rebar Detailing.




- Experience working on residential building projects is mandatory.
- Good understanding of RCC structural drawings and reinforcement detailing.
