Role Overview :

We are seeking a proactive, seasoned Techno-Functional Lead with deep expertise in Retail Logistics, the .NET ecosystem, and AI integration. This is a hybrid hands-on role responsible for defining architecture, engineering solution design deliverables, and reverse-engineering complex supply chain processes into actionable technical systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Architecture &

- Hands-on Engineering (.NET &
- AI) :
- Architecture &
- Design : Own end-to-end technical solution design, integration architecture, and code quality using ASP.NET Core, C#, MS SQL Server, and Azure Cloud.
- AI Innovation : Architect and implement AI-driven features (e.g., predictive analytics, generative AI workflows, intelligent document extraction) to modernize retail logistics processes.
- Integration Patterns : Design robust integration patterns for high-volume enterprise systems (Event-Driven messaging, RESTful APIs, ESB).
- Hands-on Leadership : Conduct code reviews, establish technical standards, and drive active hands-on development.

Functional Ownership &

Requirements Engineering :

- Stakeholder Bridge : Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating business vision into BRDs, functional specs, and user stories.
- Current-State Mapping : Reverse-engineer legacy systems and document current-state architectures.
- Workflow Engineering :



Lead end-to-end business workflow design, system process mapping, and data flow definitions.
- Backlog Management : Own and refine the product backlog, driving prioritization and sprint grooming.

Retail Logistics &

- Systems Integration :
- 3PL &
- WMS Alignment : Oversee data mapping and integration between ERP, Ecommerce, and 3PL / WMS platforms.
- Enterprise Data Flow : Map and validate complex enterprise data flows (inbound/outbound logistics, inventory synchronization).
- Testing &
- Quality : Lead SIT/UAT defect analysis and solution acceptance.

Key Qualifications :

- Technical Stack : ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, C#, MS SQL Server, RESTful APIs, Azure Cloud.
- AI Expertise : Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI Services, predictive logistics models, or LLM integration.
- Domain Knowledge : Deep expertise in Retail, CPG, and Supply Chain Logistics.
- Architecture : Proven background in Event-driven architecture, Message Bus, and API management.
- Artifact Production : Ability to author SDDs, TDDs, BRDs, and process flow diagrams.

Core Role Deliverables :

- Software Design Documents (SDDs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Integration &
- Data Mappings for ERP/3PL/WMS.
- AI / ML Integration Patterns and POCs.
- Validation &
- Risk Reports.
