Manage and execute bulk migration of approximately 760 repositories from GitHub Enterprise Server to GitHub.com with full data integrity and verification.

Key Responsibilities

Produce repository inventory and triage for migration or archival.

Execute migrations in waves using GitHub Enterprise Importer with dry runs.

Perform author reclamation based on user mapping.

Rebuild configurations not migrated automatically like branch protections and webhooks.

Handle Git LFS and repositories with submodules or dependencies.

Verify migrated repositories against source data including commits, branches, tags, releases, and pull requests.

Automate repetitive tasks through scripting.
