Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 and .NET Developer with strong expertise in developing, customizing, and integrating Microsoft business applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, the .NET framework, and Microsoft technologies to build scalable business solutions and deliver seamless system integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, customize, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and .NET technologies.
- Develop custom applications, plugins, workflows, and business logic to extend Dynamics 365 functionality.
- Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365, .NET applications, and third-party systems using APIs and web services.
- Develop and customize solutions using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Configure and extend Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, business rules, and workflows as per business requirements.
- Work with Dataverse, Power Platform components, and Dynamics 365 APIs for application development and integration.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize application performance.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, QA teams, and other developers.
- Follow secure coding practices,



development standards, and established software architecture guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 6 - 12 years of experience in software development using Microsoft technologies.
- Robust hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferably Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, or modern .NET.
- Experience developing Dynamics 365 plugins, custom workflows, and business process customizations.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, and application integration.
- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse and Dynamics 365 customization.
- Knowledge of SQL Server and database design.
- Experience with debugging, performance optimization, testing, and production support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based application deployment.
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and client-side Dynamics 365 customizations.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or other relevant modules.
- Knowledge of solution architecture, security roles, and environment management.
