YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound calls from UK customers.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- Assist with insurance-related concerns.
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant International Voice BPO experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- UAN employment history is mandatory.

- Any 9-hour shift within the 6:30 AM - 2:30 AM UK shift window.
- Login hours: 7.5 hours.
