- Handle technical queries through voice, email, and chat support
- Manage Service Desk operations and Warranty Claims
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues

- B2 Certified in German or Italian (Mandatory)
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
- Robust communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to relocate to Pune
