Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive patient care in general, ICU, ER, and OT settings, ensuring high standards of clinical practice.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop appropriate care plans and interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately in accordance with physician directives and established protocols.
- Deliver emergency support and participate actively in life-saving procedures when necessary.
- Perform wound care management, ensuring infection control and optimal healing.
- Monitor and manage critically ill patients, utilizing expertise in critical care and emergency nursing.
- Execute IV therapy with precision, maintaining patient safety and comfort.
- Document clinical care accurately and comprehensively in patient medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Assist in preoperative and postoperative care,



preparing patients for surgery and aiding in recovery processes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement effective patient care strategies.
- Maintain a clean and safe working setting, adhering to hospital policies and protocols.
