We are seeking a highly skilled, compassionate, and dedicated General Medicine Physician to join our clinical team. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for adult patient care, specializing in the non-surgical management of acute and chronic diseases. You will deliver comprehensive patient evaluations, direct evidence-based treatment plans, manage emergency admissions, and closely coordinate multi-specialty care protocols. Clinical Patient

Care (OPD & IPD)

- Outpatient Department (OPD): Conduct routine physical examinations, document complete medical histories, and diagnose diverse clinical presentations. [1]
- Inpatient Department (IPD): Provide daily continuous medical supervision, monitor critical parameters, and adjust treatment regimens for admitted adults. [1]
- Chronic Disease Management: Diagnose and manage long-term lifestyle and metabolic disorders, including severe Hypertension, Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes, Thyroid dysfunction, and Respiratory or Gastrointestinal diseases. [1, 2]

2. Emergency & Critical Care Support

- Emergency Admissions:



Evaluate and stabilize patients presenting with acute medical emergencies, sepsis, or multi-organ dysfunction.
- ICU/Critical Care Collaboration: Monitor unstable patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and work alongside dedicated Critical Care Intensivists to implement Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) guidelines. [1, 2, 3, 4]

3. Multi-Specialty Coordination & Referral

- Serve as the clinical anchor for complex cases, systematically coordinating referrals to super-specialty departments such as Cardiology, Neurology, Nephrology, and Gastroenterology when targeted interventions are required.
- Interpret advanced diagnostic testing (biochemical panels, imaging, and cultures) to build cross-functional treatment pipelines. [1, 2, 3]

4. Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain accurate, exhaustive, and legally compliant Electronic Health Records (EHR) and clinical documentation.
- Adhere strictly to medical ethics, hospital policies, and national quality improvement metrics.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹290,000.00 per month
