Role Description The General Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Samastipur, responsible for overseeing overall dealership operations, including sales, service, finance, and administration. The role involves setting performance targets, monitoring key business metrics, and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and quality. Day-to-day tasks include supervising department heads, guiding sales and service strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.

Manager will coordinate staffing plans, support training and development, and foster a culture of accountability, safety, and ethical conduct.
