Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and multi-faceted General Manager Sales, Marketing & Talent Acquisition to oversee revenue growth and human resource operations. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving property sales strategy, directing marketing initiatives, managing the sales force, and personally leading local and overseas recruitment to build a top-tier workforce across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

- Formulate and execute aggressive sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual project revenue targets.
- Manage end-to-end sales pipelines, client negotiations, high-value site visits, and booking closings for residential/commercial projects.
- Track lead conversion ratios, monitor sales funnel efficiency, and optimize sales velocity.

2. Marketing & Brand Strategy





- Direct local and digital marketing campaigns, project launches, advertising drives, and promotional events to generate high-intent leads.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and pricing strategies to optimize project margins.

3. Human Resources & Overseas Recruitment

- Lead domestictalent acquisition, including executive search.
- Oversee candidate interviewing.
- Set sales incentives and run performance appraisal cycles.
- Build a performance-driven culture by addressing team grievances and managing retention.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of direct experience in the Real Estate industry in a combined/hybrid leadership role managing Sales, Marketing, and HR functions.
- Recruitment Expertise: Demonstrated experience with recruitment laws, and agency networks.
- Leadership: Track record of driving target-focused sales teams while maintaining effective HR administration.
- Negotiation & Communication: Excellent interpersonal, high-stakes sales closing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing (MBA preferred).
