What You Will Own

- Drive regional sales growth and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Lead and manage a team of Business Managers and Sales professionals to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and improve the sales funnel, productivity metrics, and operational efficiency.
- Own P&L; responsibilities for the region and ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Operations, and Customer Experience for seamless project execution.

Who Thrives in This Role

- MBA from Tier 1 Institutes.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales leadership, business operations, or P&L; management.
- Strong experience in managing high-performing sales teams in fast-paced environments.
