Key Responsibilities

- Operational Management:

- Oversee day-to-day operations across diagnostic departments (Radiology, Imaging, Laboratory).

- Streamline workflow processes to minimize patient wait times and optimize diagnostic reporting turnaround time.

- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure high-quality, patient-centric service delivery.

- Strategic &
- Business Growth:

- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand referral networks with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and corporate partners in Kollam and surrounding areas.

- Plan local marketing initiatives, health packages, and community health drives.

- Financial &

- Resource Management:

- Manage center budgets, operational costs, revenue streams, and financial forecasting.

- Oversee procurement, inventory maintenance, and vendor negotiations for lab equipment and reagents.

- Team Leadership &

- Administration:

- Lead, mentor, and supervise administrative, technical, and nursing staff.

- Work alongside radiologists, technicians, and front-desk teams to foster a collaborative work workplace.

- Handle staff scheduling, recruitment,



performance evaluations, and training programs.

- Quality Assurance &

- Compliance:

- Ensure strict compliance with medical regulations, health safety guidelines, and diagnostic accreditation standards.

- Address patient feedback, resolves customer service concerns, and maintain high satisfaction rates.

Qualifications &

- Requirements

- Education: Master’s degree in Hospital Administration (MHA), Healthcare Management (MBA), or a related healthcare field.

- Experience: 8–15 years of operational management experience, preferably within a diagnostic center, hospital, or scan facility.

- Skills:

- Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.

- Deep understanding of diagnostic equipment, laboratory workflows, and medical terminology.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in local language (Malayalam) and English is essential.

- Proven track record in patient relationship management and complaint resolution.
