Job Purpose:-

To oversee the overall hotel operations, maximize revenue and profitability, ensure guest satisfaction, maintain brand standards, and lead the team towards achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities;-

- Manage overall hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Develop business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and occupancy targets.
- Monitor budgets, P&L;, operating expenses, and cost control.
- Lead Sales and Marketing initiatives to improve business performance.
- Ensure excellent guest service, customer satisfaction, and complaint resolution.
- Maintain hotel standards, hygiene, safety, security, and statutory compliance.
- Oversee purchasing, inventory, maintenance, and hotel facilities.
- Lead,



motivate, train, and develop employees and departmental heads.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
- Build strong relationships with corporate teams, guests, vendors, and local business partners.
- Review departmental performance and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.

Skills & Competencies: -

- Robust leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and financial controls.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera) and MS Office.
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and result-driven approach.
