Role Description The General Manager Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational activities across the organization. This role includes managing daily operations for e-mobility solutions and instrumentation projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to safety and compliance requirements.

Operations will lead cross-functional teams, optimize processes, manage budgets and resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities also include building strong customer relationships, addressing operational issues,



coordinating with technology partners and internal stakeholders, and preparing regular performance and financial reports for senior leadership. The role requires strategic planning for future capacity, risk management, and aligning operations with the company’s growth objectives in the e-mobility sector.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated General Management experience, including strategic planning, decision-making, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong Operations Management background, with expertise in process optimization, quality control, and compliance in a technology or manufacturing setting.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage key accounts, resolve issues promptly, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Effective Team Management capabilities, including leadership, mentoring, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Solid Budgeting and financial management skills, with experience in cost control, resource planning, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; a postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Experience in e-mobility, automotive, or industrial instrumentation sectors is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division and collaborate effectively with global technology partners.
