Hiring: General Manager Hotel

Role & Responsibilities

- Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the hotel, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.
- Develop strategies to increase room occupancy, revenue, and profitability.
- Manage hotel budgets, operating expenses, cost control, and financial performance.
- Lead, train, and supervise hotel staff and departmental heads.
- Ensure excellent guest experience and handle customer complaints effectively.
- Manage room pricing, reservations, online travel agency (OTA) platforms, and corporate tie-ups.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, service quality, safety, and hospitality.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements and hotel regulations.
- Prepare regular operational and financial performance reports for management.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management.



MBA in Hospitality or Business Administration will be an added advantage.
- Experience: 8–12 years of experience in the hotel or hospitality industry, preferably in a senior management role.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and team management skills.
- Experience with hotel management software (PMS), online booking platforms, and guest relationship management.
- Result-oriented skilled with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and business growth.
