Overseeing all operations in construction projects,He should ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and quality control. Key tasks include coordinating teams, managing contracts, and liaising with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement construction projects plans, budgets, and timelines
- Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders, including senior management
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project outcomes and team performance

Requirements:





- At least 20 years of experience in construction management
- Proven experience in managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Robust leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Familiarity with construction laws and regulations

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
