About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to manage our entire B2B e-commerce business and oversee day-to-day business operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating across sales, procurement, inventory, logistics, finance, and other functions to ensure operational efficiency, business growth, and profitability.

The ideal candidate should have strong business management skills, commercial acumen, leadership capabilities, and the ability to independently manage operations while reporting directly to the Director.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Operations: Oversee end-to-end daily business operations and ensure smooth coordination across all functions.
- B2B E-Commerce & Sales: Manage online B2B portals, sales activities, customer relationships, lead conversion, and revenue growth.
- Procurement & Vendor Management: Handle purchasing, vendor relationships, price negotiations, and timely procurement.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, inventory turnover, replenishment, and stock accuracy.
- Logistics & Order Fulfilment: Ensure timely order processing, dispatch, delivery, and returns management.
- Finance Coordination: Monitor receivables, payables, operating expenses, cash flow, and financial performance in coordination with the accounts team.
- Team Management: Supervise employees, allocate responsibilities, and monitor team performance.
- Business Performance: Track sales, costs, margins,



and profitability; identify opportunities for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement effective systems, procedures, and operational controls.
- Management Reporting: Provide regular business performance reports, operational updates, and recommendations to the Director.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in business operations, B2B e-commerce, trading, distribution, or a related business.
- Experience managing multiple business functions, including sales, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
- Strong understanding of business profitability, cost control, working capital, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent vendor negotiation, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and business management/ERP software.
- Ability to take ownership of daily operations and work independently within the authority delegated by management.
