We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Generative AI Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade GenAI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, LangGraph, Python, and AWS Bedrock. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable AI applications, agentic workflows, prompt engineering frameworks, and integrating LLM-powered solutions with enterprise platforms.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in developing Generative AI applications using Python
- Strong experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), including model selection, fine-tuning concepts, prompt engineering, and evaluation
- Hands-on expertise in LangChain for AI orchestration, tool integration, memory management, and agent development
- Strong experience with LangGraph for building multi-agent and stateful AI workflows
- Experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
- Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and foundation model integration
- Experience integrating vector databases such as OpenSearch, Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, or Weaviate
- Strong knowledge of embeddings, semantic search, chunking strategies, and document processing pipelines
- Experience developing REST APIs and microservices using FastAPI or similar Python frameworks
- Valuable understanding of cloud-native architectures and deployment patterns on AWS
- Experience in AI application monitoring, evaluation,



guardrails, and responsible AI practices
- Familiarity with model observability and evaluation frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent systems
- Knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch
- Experience with Prompt Management and AI Governance frameworks
- Exposure to knowledge graph implementations and enterprise search solutions
- Familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps, and AI observability platforms
- Experience working in Banking and Financial Services domain

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-scale GenAI solutions leveraging LLMs and AWS Bedrock
- Build intelligent RAG-based applications and conversational AI assistants
- Develop multi-agent workflows using LangGraph and LangChain
- Optimize prompts, retrieval mechanisms, and model performance for business use cases
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and knowledge repositories
- Establish AI application monitoring, evaluation, and governance practices
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-powered capabilities
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical lead ership on GenAI initiatives
