Key Skills & Requirements

- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, LangGraph, agent orchestration, and multi-step reasoning workflows.

- Practical experience with LLM integration, Azure OpenAI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

- Experience with Microsoft Agent Framework or cmparable agent frameworks.

- Strong knowledge of agent development, routing, tool calling, state management, and exception handling.

- Experience designing structured LLM outputs using JSON Schema.

- Hands-on exposure to AI evaluation, golden datasets, confidence scoring, evidence generation, and accuracy tuning.

- Experience with human-in-the-loop (HITL) workflows and agent observability.

- Knowledge of prompt engineering, prompt optimisation, and model fine-tuning.

- Strong hands-on development experience in Python.
