Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Generative AI Lead with 8+ years of experience to join our AI innovation team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Python, hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), and a deep understanding of AI agent orchestration frameworks. You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing GenAI workflows that drive intelligent automation and enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, integrate, and deploy AI-driven solutions using Python.
- Work with LLM APIs such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, or similar platforms.
- Implement and manage AI agent frameworks like AutoGen or other orchestration tools.
- Leverage Azure AI ecosystem, including Azure AI Search and cognitive services, to build scalable GenAI applications.




- Design and experiment with GenAI workflows, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify use cases and deliver impactful AI solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in AI pipelines with minimal supervision.
- Document technical processes and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in Python development, with a focus on AI/ML applications.
- Proven experience working with LLMs and their APIs.
- Hands-on expertise in AI agent orchestration tools (e.g., AutoGen, LangChain, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Azure AI services, especially Azure AI Search and cognitive APIs.
- Ability to work independently and solve complex problems in energetic environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and deployment pipelines.
- Exposure to cloud-native development and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of data privacy and ethical AI principles.
