We are looking for an experienced GCP DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Harness , Ansible , and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure automation, configuration management, and deployment strategies across enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Harness .
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Ansible .
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and deployment automation.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance application deployment processes.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless software releases.
- Implement security, compliance, and governance best practices across DevOps processes.
- Manage containerized workloads and deployment strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for DevOps maturity and operational excellence.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of cloud environments.
Required Skills :
- Strong experience with Harness CI/CD platform .
- Expertise in Ansible for automation and configuration management.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
- Experience in CI/CD pipeline implementation and release management.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform is preferred).
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, or similar DevOps tools.
- Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong scripting skills using Shell, Python, or similar languages.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
Preferred Skills :
- GCP Certifications (Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer or equivalent).
- Experience with Kubernetes (GKE).
- Knowledge of security and compliance practices in cloud environments.
- Exposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies.
