We are looking for a disciplined, analytical, and technically inclined F&O; Trading Dealer to manage trading terminal operations, monitor market movements, execute trades, and support algorithmic trading activities.

Candidates with either a commerce/accountancy background and practical trading experience or a software development background with Python programming skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate trading terminals and execute Futures & Options orders accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor live market movements, positions, margins, and exposure.
- Support algorithmic trading strategies and automated order execution.
- Monitor trading systems and identify execution errors, connectivity issues, and order rejections.
- Maintain trading records, reconcile positions, and prepare daily profit-and-loss reports.
- Follow risk management procedures and applicable exchange and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with the trading, technology, and risk management teams.
- Use Python-based tools for market data analysis, trade monitoring, reporting, and automation, where applicable.

Eligibility Criteria Candidates may qualify through either of the following pathways:

Path 1: Commerce & Trading

- B. Com, Accountancy, Finance, or a related qualification.




- Practical experience in Futures & Options trading or dealing terminal operations.
- Understanding of derivatives, margins, order types, and risk management.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and willingness to learn Python.

Path 2: Software & Algorithmic Trading

- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical skills may also be considered.
- Knowledge of Python programming and data analysis.
- Understanding of trading algorithms, APIs, or automated execution systems is preferred.
- Interest in financial markets and willingness to learn F&O; trading operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Age: Below 40 years.
- Robust numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, discipline, integrity, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work during market hours and follow established risk controls.
- Prior experience with trading platforms, broker terminals, or algorithmic trading systems is an advantage.
