Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible candidates for the position of Furnace Production Supervisor-Trainee (Anode). The selected candidates will assist in furnace operations, production process monitoring, manpower coordination, quality checks, and production reporting to ensure smooth and safe plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in furnace operation and monitor production activities as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor furnace temperature, operating parameters, and production processes under the guidance of senior personnel.
- Ensure proper feeding and handling of raw materials during furnace operations.
- Coordinate with operators and production workers to achieve daily production targets.
- Monitor production output, process efficiency, and material consumption.
- Conduct basic quality checks and ensure adherence to specified quality standards.
- Maintain shift-wise production reports, machine operating records, and material consumption records.
- Identify process abnormalities and report equipment or production issues to the concerned supervisor.




- Assist in basic troubleshooting and coordinate with the Maintenance team when required.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures, PPE requirements, and fire safety guidelines.
- Maintain 5S practices, housekeeping, and cleanliness in the production area.
- Coordinate with Raw Material, Quality, and Maintenance departments for smooth production operations.
- Follow company policies and safety procedures while handling furnace equipment and hot materials.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of production processes and machine operations.
- Willingness to learn furnace operations and metal processing activities.
- Basic knowledge of quality standards, 5S, and industrial safety.
- Positive communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for production reporting.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing plant and rotational shifts, if required.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience.
- Candidates with exposure to manufacturing, furnace operations, metal processing, or recycling will be preferred.
- Must be attentive, safety-conscious, disciplined, and willing to learn.
- Willingness to work in a plant environment and coordinate with production workers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
