Role & Responsibilities

- Identify and approach corporates, CSR departments, trusts, foundations and individual donors for fundraising opportunities.

- Develop and maintain relationships with potential donors, corporate partners and philanthropic organisations.

- Research CSR funding opportunities and identify organisations aligned with Manvendra Foundations objectives.

- Prepare fundraising proposals, concept notes, presentations and funding requests.

- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, meetings and professional networking.

- Follow up with prospective donors and manage the fundraising pipeline.

- Explore CSR grants, institutional funding and other financial support opportunities.

- Coordinate with internal teams to understand programmes and communicate their social impact to potential funders.

- Maintain donor databases, track proposals and prepare fundraising progress reports.

- Work towards defined fundraising targets and build long-term funding partnerships.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in Management, Marketing, Social Work or a related field will be an advantage.

- 1–5 years of experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, business development, sales or donor relationship management.

- Prior experience in NGO fundraising, CSR funding or institutional partnerships will be preferred.

- Excellent communication, networking, presentation and negotiation skills.

- Ability to prepare qualified proposals, presentations and emails.

- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and online research.

- Strong follow-up skills, a proactive approach and the ability to work independently.

- Willingness to travel for donor meetings and partnership development, as required.

- A genuine interest in social impact, inclusion and nonprofit initiatives.
