Relevant experience in CSR, fundraising, partnerships, or NGO development preferred. Job Summary We are looking for a motivated qualified to develop CSR partnerships, identify funding opportunities, strengthen the organization’s visibility, and coordinate social impact initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Identify and connect with corporates for CSR funding and project partnerships.

- Prepare and pitch CSR proposals to potential donors and corporate partners.
- Build relationships with companies, NGOs and other stakeholders.
- Explore skill development initiatives and subcontracting or implementation partnerships.
- Develop collaborations to improve the trust’s brand visibility and outreach.
- Organize events, awareness campaigns,



and community development activities.
- Build and maintain a database of CSR contacts, donors, and potential partners.
- Support fundraising, partnership development, and project coordination.
- Build and maintain connections with old age homes and orphanages.

Required Skills - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to develop partnerships and approach corporate decision-makers.
- Experience in CSR proposals, fundraising, or NGO-related activities is an advantage.
- Strong networking, coordination, and management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel for meetings.
