Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and safety-conscious Furnace Operator to handle furnace operations in the Anode production section. The candidate will be responsible for operating the furnace, monitoring temperature and process parameters, ensuring smooth production, and following quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor furnace equipment as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain the required furnace temperature and monitor heating cycles.
- Monitor process parameters and ensure stable furnace operation.
- Handle raw material charging and material movement as per production requirements.
- Monitor the furnace during operation and identify abnormal conditions.
- Ensure proper melting or heating processes according to production requirements.
- Perform routine checks on furnace equipment and report technical issues to the Maintenance team.
- Maintain production records, temperature logs, shift reports, and material consumption details.
- Coordinate with the Production Supervisor and other operators to achieve daily production targets.




- Follow quality requirements and report process deviations or material defects.
- Strictly follow PPE requirements and industrial safety procedures while handling hot materials and furnace equipment.
- Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards in the furnace operating area.
- Respond promptly to furnace alarms and emergencies as per established safety procedures.
- Ensure safe shutdown and startup of furnace equipment according to operating procedures.

Required Skills
- Practical experience in furnace operation and temperature control.
- Knowledge of furnace process parameters and operating procedures.
- Understanding of industrial safety, PPE, and emergency response.
- Ability to identify process abnormalities and report equipment issues.
- Basic knowledge of production documentation and shift reporting.
- Good coordination, observation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in furnace operation, metal processing, foundry, or recycling industries are preferred.
- Must be comfortable working in a hot industrial setting.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
- Must follow safety instructions and maintain discipline in the production area.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
