Role & Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with investors, venture capital firms, private equity funds, banks, NBFCs, and lenders.
- Source and execute capital-raising, equity funding, venture funding, and debt transactions.
- Manage investor outreach, deal negotiations, term sheets, due diligence, and transaction closures.
- Prepare investment proposals, pitch decks, financial models, and deal documentation.
- Build and maintain a strong investor and lender network.
- Evaluate funding opportunities and structure suitable investment and financing deals.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field; MBA Finance preferred.
- 37 years of experience in investment banking, fundraising, venture capital, private equity, or debt financing.
- Robust knowledge of capital markets, investment structuring, financial modelling,



and deal execution.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
