Elite Games Federation (EGF) is a grassroots sports network building a stronger sporting culture across India. We identify and nurture young and para-athlete talent at the grassroots level and create pathways for them to grow through sport. We believe sport can transform lives and communities.
About the Role
We are looking for energetic, people-loving Fundraising Interns to join our field team in Pune for 3 months. This is a hardcore, full-day field role. You will be the face of EGF on the ground: travelling across the city, meeting people, sharing the stories of the athletes and communities we work with, and inspiring them to support our mission through donations.
What You Will Do
- Travel across Pune on a two-wheeler for intensive daily field work (residential societies, corporate parks, markets, colleges, events)
- Tell the story of Elite Games Federation and our athletes in a clear, honest and inspiring way
- Raise funds and collect donations for EGF's grassroots sports programs
- Maintain accurate records of donors and contributions and follow transparent collection procedures
- Achieve weekly fundraising targets with support from your team lead
- Share field feedback and donor insights with the outreach team
Requirements (Must Have)
- Must know how to ride a bike / scooty
- Must hold a valid two-wheeler driving licence
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus, not mandatory)
- Ready for hardcore field work: on the move all day, in all weather
- Confident, friendly and comfortable approaching new people
- Self-motivated, punctual and target-driven
Good to Have
- Passion for sports, social impact or community work
- Prior experience in sales, fundraising, field work or public speaking

Stipend & Benefits
- Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
- For women candidates from another state or district: free accommodation provided, with a stipend of ₹8,000 per month
- Internship certificate on completion
- Letter of Recommendation for solid performers
- Hands-on training in storytelling, public engagement and fundraising
