Hi, Fractal is hiring for Fullstack engineer with Python+ React

Experience: 6 to 9years

Key Requirements

- 6+ years of experience in full stack web development.
- Solid proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with React.js / Next.js for frontend development.
- Strong backend development skills using Node.js and Express.js, Python (must have).
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs, WebSockets.
- Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile development practices.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Next.js, server-side rendering, and modern UI frameworks.
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes,



and microservices architecture.
- Experience with authentication and authorization (OAuth2, SSO, JWT).
- Knowledge of AI/LLM integrations, APIs, and agentic applications.
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
- Familiarity with DevOps and Infrastructure as Code.

Nice to Have

- Experience building enterprise-scale SaaS applications.
- Exposure to AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, S3, and RDS.
- Knowledge of GraphQL, Redux, and state management frameworks.

Ideal Tech Stack Frontend: React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS

Backend: Node.js, Express.js, NestJS

Database: PostgreSQL, MongoDB

Cloud: AWS (Lambda, S3, Cognito, API Gateway, RDS)

DevOps: Docker, GitHub Actions, CI/CD
