Job Summary

Elites Capital is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Full Stack Developer with 1–3 years of experience in developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of frontend and backend technologies, database management, API integration, and application performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Develop backend services, business logic, and RESTful APIs.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend systems and third-party APIs.
- Design, manage, and optimize databases.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues.
- Write clean, reusable, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
- Perform application testing, debugging, and deployment.
- Maintain application security and follow coding best practices.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.




- Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, Python, PHP, or Java.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Knowledge of debugging, testing, and web application security.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of TypeScript and modern development frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and application deployment.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates should have practical project experience in full stack development.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
