About the role icconX is looking for a hands-on full-stack developer to build a Sales Force Automation (SFA) mobile application and a Distributor Management System (DMS) web portal. The SFA product should be a single application supporting both Android and iOS. The project also includes integrating icconX’s in-house payroll module with the SFA system. The developer will be expected to own development, testing, agreed milestones, and a complete technical handover within the two-month engagement.

Key responsibilities

- Develop one SFA mobile application for Android and iOS.
- Build field-sales workflows such as attendance, location-based outlet visits, beat/route planning, order booking, and collection tracking.
- Develop a DMS web portal for distributor and retailer management, inventory, orders, billing, and outstanding-payment visibility.
- Build admin dashboards, reports, and role-based access for sales staff, managers, distributors, and other approved users.
- Develop or integrate backend APIs, database structures, and reliable data synchronization between the mobile app and web portal.
- Assess and implement offline functionality where required for field-sales use.
- Integrate the in-house payroll module with the SFA system,



coordinating the required data mapping and interfaces with icconX.
- Test end-to-end workflows, fix defects, and provide regular progress against agreed milestones.
- Hand over complete source code, setup instructions, technical documentation, and deployment details at project completion.

Requirements

- Demonstrated full-stack development experience covering mobile apps, web portals, backend APIs, and databases.
- Experience delivering an SFA, DMS, ERP, field-sales, or distribution-management product is strongly preferred.
- Ability to develop or support a single mobile application across Android and iOS.
- Practical understanding of authentication, role-based access, API integration, data synchronization, and application testing.
- Ability to independently plan work, communicate progress, and complete agreed deliverables within a two-month project.
