Fryer TTK/PC Operator – Production (Process)

We are hiring an experienced Fryer TTK/PC Operator to join our Production team. In this role, you will run and monitor line equipment safely and efficiently, and manage product change-overs by setting up machinery for different product variants. You will report to the Shift In-Charge and work closely with cross-functional departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate production equipment safely and at optimum efficiency; report any issues to the Shift In-Charge immediately
- Set up equipment and handle change-overs between product variants
- Follow all safety, operating and housekeeping procedures
- Maintain product quality through sampling and control checks, and segregate rejected or defective material
- Identify and troubleshoot problems affecting safety, productivity and quality in your area
- Train new team members on line operation, safety procedures and quality standards




- Provide data and support to complete production reports and documentation on time
- Keep operating areas clean and organised
- Support TPM implementation and assist the Engineering team with preventive maintenance
- Meet production targets while keeping wastage below AOP

Requirements:

- ITI in a relevant field
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in a production/process setting
- Hands-on experience with fryer or similar line equipment
- Strong logical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work well in a team and interact effectively with internal departments
- Willingness to learn other areas of manufacturing
