Role & responsibilities:

- To deliver friendly, effective customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our visitors.

- Manage Visitors, Guests and Conferences.

- Greeting the visitors and assisting them by providing the information needed or referring them to the respective departments / officials.

- Attending to walk in customers / candidates.

- Handling customer grievances / complaints and directing them to proper departments / officials for resolution.

- Answers all incoming calls, takes messages and transfers callers to the appropriate department / officials.

- Connecting branches / RO / ZO / HO and attending intercom queries.

- Manages confidential information with discretion always.

- Manage Front Office related registers such as Couriers, Visitors, Call registers, Attendance Register, etc.





- Maintain neat and organized appearance of the Front Desk area.

- Work with Infra dept. to prioritize business, meetings and information needs.

- Timely delivery of cheques / documents / bills to the vendors and keeping proper track.

- Maintaining security and controlling access via reception desk.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Excellent communication, collaboration and coordination skills

- Conversant in English, Hindi & Malayalam.

- Basic Computer Knowledge, especially MS Office applications mandatory.

- Smart, Energetic and pleasing personality.

- Well groomed.
