We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to manage reception activities, handle customer enquiries, and coordinate daily office operations. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and visitors and assist them with their enquiries.
- Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer enquiries.
- Receive Apple devices for repair and maintain proper service records.
- Coordinate with technicians regarding repair status and customer updates.
- Schedule customer appointments and follow up on enquiries.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic documentation.
- Maintain customer details, service records, and office files.
- Assist with courier handling and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Freshers can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Pleasant personality and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with different teams.
- Willingness to learn about Apple products and repair services.
