About HISPL

HISPL is a Third-Party Inspection Agency (TPIA) holding ISO 17020 and ISO 9001 certifications. We provide independent inspection, quality assurance and compliance services to clients across industrial and infrastructure projects.

Role Overview

We are hiring fresh engineers who have strong technical fundamentals and want to build a career in third-party inspection. Selected candidates will receive structured, on-the-job training from our experienced inspection team. We will teach the inspection methods, codes and client procedures. The candidate must already bring a sound grounding in core engineering concepts.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior inspection engineers in inspection of materials, equipment, fabrication and installation work at site and vendor locations.
- Learn to verify work against approved drawings, specifications, standards and inspection test plans (ITPs).
- Observe and record measurements, test results and observations accurately.
- Prepare inspection reports, checklists and daily activity reports under guidance.
- Maintain documentation as per ISO 17020 / ISO 9001 requirements.
- Follow site safety rules and use PPE at all times.
- Coordinate with the office team and clients as instructed.

Required Knowledge (Fundamentals We Expect)

Mechanical candidates

- Strength of materials, engineering mechanics and basic thermodynamics.
- Material science: types of steel, properties, and basic heat treatment.
- Ability to read and understand engineering and mechanical drawings.
- Manufacturing processes, especially welding,



casting and machining basics.
- Pipes, valves, pumps and pressure vessels at a basic level.
- Awareness of measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, thickness gauge).

Electrical candidates

- Basic circuit theory, AC/DC fundamentals, and single-phase and three-phase systems.
- Working principles of motors, transformers and generators.
- Switchgear, protection devices (MCB, MCCB, relays) and control panels.
- Cables, earthing and basic electrical safety.
- Ability to read single-line diagrams and electrical drawings.
- Awareness of testing instruments (multimeter, megger, clamp meter).

Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Diploma in the same discipline.
- Recent graduates (2024-2026 pass-outs) preferred.
- Good academic record with clear understanding of core subjects.

Desired Skills
- Good technical aptitude and curiosity to learn.
- Clear written and spoken communication in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
- Basic MS Office (Word, Excel) for reports.
- Attention to detail, honesty and a sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to travel to sites and work in field conditions.
- Willingness to work outside Ahmedabad if the project requires it.
